Description

Injuries occur due to the muscles' inability to tolerate the demands placed upon them. Learn how you can make an impact on your clients' biomechanical function and injury profile with Myofascial Compression Techniques (MCT).

Highlights:

  • Learn the MCT method that was created to provide an advanced approach to myofascial release.
  • Improve the body's ability to move efficiently as an integrated unit, thus preventing injury and preparing the body to perform at its best.
  • Learn the most common mobility dysfunctions and how to design and implement an effective corrective strategy, beginning with foam rolling techniques.
  • Explore the anatomy and mobility of the hip, shoulder, foot and ankle to learn how to create myofascial relationships that optimize movement, prevent injury and prepare the body

The TriggerPoint™: Total-Body Self-Myofascial Release Certificate program includes:

  • Four engaging and interactive video courses (a $260 value!)
  • Up to 8 CECs/CEUs from ACE, ACSM, NASM, NFPT, NCCPT, WITS and more!
