Description

Your periphery contains the most sensory nerve-rich regions of your body, and when injuries take root in these tissues, their domino effect has miserable consequences. Hand issues, feet folly and fascial tensions can impact your posture and more. In this course, perform a fascial makeover to both unravel tensions and renormalize the fine joints and myofascias in all of your high-sensing parts. The result? You'll notice improved motor control and better sensing throughout your body.
