Description

Do your clients want to be stronger and perform at their best, while avoiding injury and increasing mobility? Getting the most out of your clients' bodies relies on myriad systems working together to achieve an outcome. Each system needs to be trained properly to achieve maximal results while avoiding overtraining and injury.

In this certificate program, you will learn how to build a strong base of support through the entire body so your clients can reach their fitness and performance goals, and improve their overall quality of life.

Discover why the shoulders and glutes are common areas of deficiency, and how lack of mobility is tied to stability and strength. You'll learn methods for reactivating and connecting to inhibited glutes as well as the fundamentals of developing strong and stable shoulders.

Finish this certificate program with proven protocols that deliver optimal results, build strength and stability, develop rotational strength and coordination, and progress your clients to a strong and stable body.

What You'll Learn:

  • Outcome-focused program design for reaching optimum performance
  • Fundamental movement patterns for strong and stable shoulders and glutes
  • Why mobility is crucial to building strength and stability
  • Techniques to develop rotational strength, stability and coordination using the kettlebell
  • Training protocols and recovery methods to get results while avoiding overtraining
