About the Author

Pete Holman

Pete Holman IDEA Author/Presenter

I am Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and US National TaeKwon-Do champion and team captain. I invented the TRX Rip Trainer and the adjunct 8 hour CEU cours. My latest invention is the Nautilus Glute Drive (the first ever plate loaded Hip Thrust machine on the market.) The combination of understanding rehabilitative medicine and sports performance training has given me a unique perspective on the physical and mental components of human movement. I have enjoyed working with professional athletes from the NFL, X-Games, MLB, UFC, and Extreme Skiing World Championships; however, I pride myself on tapping into the natural athlete in us all.
