At Mind/Body: Balance we practice integrated fitness for men and women that want a balanced, holistic approach to fitness, not just a personal trainer. We understand your mental and physical blocks and your desire to move on to a better, fit life.
Our purpose is to inspire our clients to movement! We care about you and your body’s rhythms and adapt and revise exercise routines as needed. We have solutions and modifications for all fitness levels and we listen to you and your needs. As an integrated fitness studio we work with you to customize movement and eating programs that help you achieve your goals. We gently but firmly hold you accountable, keep you on track, and help you to develop the lifelong skills to maintain your momentum long term.
Mind/ Body: Balance takes you to higher levels of health, energy, consciousness, knowledge and purpose. It is an integration of all aspects of body, mind and spirit, allowing you to take a transformational journey using components of cognition, breathing and physical movement.
