Squat Thrust Walk Back to Plank

This next exercise sequence is a squat thrust. We're going to be using the platform side of the BOSU balance trainer. We're going to start off easy and build intensity and complexity gradually. Make sure you master each level before you progress. Start by doing a nice low squat, putting your hands on the platform, walking your feet back into a plank, then walking your feet forward back into a low squat, and then stand up. Our next progression involves some jumping. Squat down, jump your feet back into a plank, jump your feet forward into a squat, and stand up. For our third and final progression, we're going to get really aggressive and add some jumping and a push up at the bottom of the plank. Push up and jump. This is really intense, so make sure you get those other progressions mastered before you attempt it.
