Dawn Anderson is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified FMT RockTape Basic and Performance, RKC HKC Kettlebell, TRX Qualified, and a CrossFit Level-2, Powerlifting, and Flexibility Trainer. Specializing in strength training, she trains the body to be stronger for health and aesthetics. Dawn’s personal fitness journey has changed her life. She spent years living with chronic fatigue and pain from Fibromyalgia. Her coaching style is gentle but firm, and ultimately extremely effective.
