Seth Scrimo is an ACE Personal Trainer as well as a Sports Conditioning Specialist. He is an United States Marine and currently is involved in the Marine Corps Reserves as a Non Commissioned Officer. He graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology in May 2015. He has a vast knowledge of flexibility, strength and endurance that he regularly uses with his clients to push them to the next level. Seth is a seasoned fitness instructor and has taught various classes from Silver Sneakers, Boot Camp, Tabatha and even hosted a Teen Strength Clinic when he worked for the YMCA. In Seth's spare time he runs marathons for the Greater Cleveland Fisher House charity and loves to cook. He participated in many research projects while at Kent State University and received a Community Service Award for doing over 300 hours of community service in one year. Seth will motivate you to new fitness levels and make sure you meet your fitness goals. He treats each and everyone of his clients on a different basis since each client has different goals and fitness backgrounds. His major involved a great deal of research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. I found this subject very intriguing. His internship at Kent State was at a local recreational center teaching exercise classes, personal training and learning the business behind running a gym. His clients have ranged from pre-teen adolescence to the elderly adults. Their goals have ranged from weight loss, toning and to even training for a marathon. He loves to push his clients to new heights and would love to see what your goals are and how soon you two can reach them together. He is an outgoing and creative thinker, Seth has a keen eye for detail and he would be very grateful for the opportunity to be your personal trainer. If you are interested in having a meeting, you can talk about your fitness goals and move into a scheduled workout routine you can email Seth at sscrimo@kent.edu, just call or text him at 330-221-1547. Thank you for taking the time to consider Seth as your personal trainer and he looks forward to hearing from you in the near future.
