Here's a great summer workout you can do just about anywhere. This fitness routine is perfect for doing outdoors in your backyard or even the beach.
This total body workout utilizes just body weight and is equipment free. This is great for people looking to lose weight, do a quick routine, high intensity interval training or get in a cardio circuit without a gym. Beginners, intermediate and advanced gym goers can all perform this workout.
While we demonstrate 30 seconds of each movement, you'll want to do the entire circuit 4 or 5 times through for a full workout routine. The scaled versions of movements are shown in the top right hand corner.
