I am owner and operator of Pinpoint Training Services, a post rehabilitation training studio in Round Rock, TX. I develop medically-based exercise programs for those who are injured (e.g. knee replacement or shoulder dislocation) or have a chronic condition (e.g. hypertension, diabetes). I also train pre-natal and post-natal moms and seniors. Clients receive individual one-on-one attention and experience a caring personal trainer who works with their doctor so they can get well-soon.
