Renae is a Personal Trainer, Exercise Nutrition Coach, and Group Exercise Instructor certified by ACSM and ACE, a PWR! Moves Instructor working with People with Parkinson's Disease, a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, and Master Trainer for TRX Training and ActivMotion Bar. With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Renae believes fitness and wellness is a lifestyle and lives by example. A lifelong competitive athlete, Renae enjoys obstacle course racing, mountain biking and hiking and has been known to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
