Lower body exercise with elastic band

Position yourself on all fours, holding the two ends of the elastic band in your hands and having its middle secured under the working leg foot (as shown). The supporting leg is bent at the knee and on tiptoes. Extend the working leg from your hip to the back as far as it goes, come back to the initial position, repeat 25 times per leg.
