Johnny created and founded Latinva Dance Fitness. An innovative freestyle program that incorporates Latin dance steps of Bachata, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Mambo, Merengue, Tango and Salsa. It is a cardio dance workout that is developed to exercise the mind, body and spirit which is uniquely taught by using body and hand cues. The Latinva program was strategically designed with great emphasis on the fun factor to ensure that participants continue with their fitness regimen and on safety to minimize exposure to injury. Johnny teaches Group Fitness classes at multiple Spectrum Athletic Clubs and Equinox Fitness Clubs throughout Southern California.
