One athlete is using a parachute and the other is using a Hopz resistance tube device. Both athletes start at the same time and finish at the cones. The distance is approximately 40 yards. We generally work in sets of 10 with the athlete finishing at my end of the field getting his or her time. Each person tries to maintain or beat his/her time as the drill goes on.
