The dumbbell suitcase lift and walk we borrow from the traditional movement of carrying a heavy suitcase. Squat down using good technique and bend from the ankle, knee, and hip, and pick up the dumbbell. As you walk across the room for the desired repetitions, maintain good frontal plane stability and don't allow your body to laterally flex as a result of the dumbbell. When you reach that desired repetition, turn around, pick it up with the opposite hand and, again, continue for the desired amount of repetition.
