William S. Farneda was born in Brazil and holds a BS in Exercise Science (with a specialization in Quality of Life) from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in Brazil. William is also Nationally Certified by NESTA as a specialist in a variety of fields: Functional Training, Nutrition, Physique & Figure, and Weight Management. William is also certified in TRX suspension training, with extensive experience as a trainer and motivator, and strives to help his clients actively pursue and achieve their goals. He has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, including those that are disabled and those recovering from injuries - helping everyone to live more independently. Furthermore, William has participated in numerous competitive sports and has more than 15 years of experience in Hapkido and Mixed Martial Arts. Additonally, William's broad experience extends towards servicing corporate clients with their employees' fitness goals. These include: Northrop Grumman, Hanover County Courthouse, Henrico County Recreation & Parks, Virginia DMV, Virginia Commonwealth University, and The Faces of Hope organization.
