A total body conditioning class for all fitness levels. Every class is different. Weights, agility, plyometrics, intervals, cardio, and strength are some of the components utilized in each class.

I have been a group fitness instructor since July 2008. I began teaching bootcamp at the YMCA and then branched out by starting my own fitness company and continued to teach bootcamp servicing the north end of Edmonton, Alberta. I became TRX certified in June 2011 and currently teach this style of class at the YMCA.
