Every Wednesday I am share a dance or a barre workout you can do at home or if you are an instructor feel free to use in your classes. If you take classes and want to learn some of the routines a little more I hope these videos help.
Today I have a full body barre-less barre workout that you can do anywhere. All you need are gliding discs and weights. If you don't have weights just make sure to engage the muscles in arms while standing - we will use our own body weight while in plank. Also if you don't have gliding discs you can use paper plates or socks (hard surface) or frisbies or tupperware lids (carpeting).
This series includes:
1. Cursty lunge with side and front raises
2. Planks with mountain climbers
3. Squats and side lunges
