I have an extensive background in movement. I began my training to become a professional ballerina at age 4 at the Westsdie Ballet School in Santa Monica, CA. I continued my training on scholarship at the San Francisco Ballet School, Pacific Northwest Ballet School, and The Rock School (official school of the Pennsylvania Ballet). I went on to dance with a number of professional ballet companies including the Pennsylvania Ballet, City of Angels Ballet, Napoles Ballet Company, California Contemporary Ballet, Coast City Ballet, City of Angels Ballet, California Riverside Ballet and the San Diego Opera. My creative passion for movement fueled the inception of my blog soyouthinkyoucanyoga.com. As editor-in-chief I blog on topics relating to yoga, movement, philosophy, dance, overall healthy living, and the daily musings as experienced by a ballerina yogi. I currently teach yoga at Yoga Daya in Culver City, CA and by appointment. Additionally, I completed my Pilates certification in 2013 and now teach Pilates at Body Wellness in West Los Angeles, CA.
