A graduate of The University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree with a focus on Dance and Physical Education, with additional course work at Duke University, Sarah has earned Personal Fitness Certifications from National Council of Strength & Fitness, American Muscle & Fitness, and Fitness Together. She earned Pilates Certification from the Pilates Method Alliance.
