15 Minute Barre Workout that will get you toned up legs and lifted booty in no time! Barre workouts are awesome because they imitate Pilates reformer workouts, creating long lean muscles. The best part is, you don't even have to get on the floor, this entire workout is done on your feet in 15 minutes! No props are necessary for this class, it doesn't even doesn't require a ballet barre, use your chair or countertop at home OR if your balance is amazing- nothing at all!

Adrianne has recently relocated from Virginia Beach, Virginia to San Diego California! In Virginia, she had been teaching her passion, Pilates and body movement, for the past 10 years. She is now teaching at Straight Up Pilates in Fallbrook, CA and teaching online through her website, www.thousandfoldlotus.com Adrianne received her degree in Exercise Science from Longwood University and continued to expand her education in body movement by becoming a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (from the NSCA), 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Zenga mat & apparatus instructor, and certified in barre & TRX. Some of her professional experience includes teaching in boutique Pilates and yoga studios, serving as the Fitness Specialist at NASA, and teaching as an adjunct professor for LU. Adrianne enjoys providing and participating in a sensible, safe, and intelligent approach to exercise that is ideal for longevity. She focuses on functional training, addressing muscular imbalances, and feels that Pilates is one of the most well-rounded exercise options for everyone. She says, “Once my students have made the commitment to show up for themselves, I love being the person to lead them through tailored workouts specific to their body. The consistent results never cease to amaze me.” In efforts to reach a larger population with her education, Adrianne recently created an an online platform that helps women incorporate intelligent exercise into their busy lives. This online space has educational blog posts, quick video workouts, and free courses! Outside of the studio, Adrianne loves spending time at the beach, playing with her pup, Petra, being a foodie, and skydiving.
