1-2-3 In/Out Slalom Shuffle

These athletic drills utilize an agility ladder. If you don't have one, you can draw chalk lines on the floor or put down some tape. These drills specifically focus on lateral movement. Step in, in and then out, and then advance forward to the next square. So it's a pattern that goes in, in, out, it's a little lateral shuffle. In, in, out. In, in, out. Once you've established how to do the movement, then you're going to add some speed as a progression. Now move this really fast and pay attention to how quickly your feet are moving. For our final progression, add an element of balance. Step out, out, in and balance.
