Outdoor HIIT Class
Mission Bay Park
Our Outdoor full-body HIIT classes are ongoing TTH 530-630P and SAT 800-900A. We meet at 1392 East Mission Bay Drive, 92109 on the grassy area in front of the large playground area. Classes consist of medicine ball, ropes, bands, sandbags, kettle bells, weights and much much more. all levels are welcome and modifications can be made based on your ability.
