Can you be more specific on the certification you are talking about? I believe you would need to contact the specific agency through which your certification is held to discuss your expiration.

Christine is right; you need to address this with the organization that certified you.
But it does bring up the interesting point that every organization can set their own standards even though they should not be able to change them once they are established.

Sometimes IDEAfit Connect information and the actual certifying agency and their website information doesn't sync up. I'm assuming it's K9 Fit Club that you're referring to. I did check and there is recertification involved, but I'm not sure how much it costs or what's involved. Usually this information is in the information and materials you receive in your first package after confirmation of payment, whether mailed or digital.
If your referring to your IDEA membership you can see the expiration date in you account info. I saw mine when I registered too.
