I remember a yellow ball cut in half about 4-5 inches wide and 2-3 inches deep that was cut in half and had straps on it to strap it onto your feet to build stability. You could then stand on them and do certain exercises. Does anyone know where I could get these. It may have been on a specific golf website I think?
