Hi Raven,
I recommend the Nutrition Action Health Letter from CSPI (Center for Science in the Public Interest) https://www.cspinet.org/nah/index.htm. It is the only one I subscribe to. It is at the forefront of consumer education and advocacy.
Hope this gives you food for thought.

Hi Raven. A lot depends upon where your training/fitness focus lies. There are many good resources out there. Since a good deal of my training is in sports performance, I read the NSCA's Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research regularly. This publication contains a lot of great research and information that pertains not only to athletes but to the general population as well.

Raven, like LaRue, I have membership to NSCA Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. Too, I have membership to the ACSM and receive their journals on a monthly.
IDEA also has their monthly journal. You can receive that if you take out membership.
Best!

Thanks LaRue and Joanne. You two offer great advice on the board, here. I was just trying to find out what others are reading and how they stay motivated, informed and focused. I will be checking out NSCA's journal soon.

Hello Raven,
Since I am certified through ACE, I read their sources which include ACSM, IDEA, cspinet.org and more, listed in their reference sections of books.
There are many resources listed here, thank you.
Take care.

I read the IDEA Fitness Journal regularly. Most of my additional reading comes from books or texts. Anatomy Trains, MELT Method, etc.
