A Sumo Squat is similiar to a basic squat but rather than placing your feet hip-shoulder width apart, you spread your feet wider than shoulder width apart and rotate your toes out (similar to what a sumo wrestler does). Take a look at the link below.

/Agree with above posts, mimic the rules of a regular squat but position your feet farther apart.
This is essentially similar to a regular squat with the exception of your foot position and width of your starting stance. With feet wider than a normal squat (perhaps about shoulder width or a bit wider) and with the toes pointing outward at about 45 degrees, you then perform a squat. Any doubt as to how this looks, take a look at the starting position of sumo wrestlers about to begin a match.
