I am assuming you are asking what our opinions are on somatics, the body movement exercise system. It is a movement system that basically takes the exerciser through all of the possible movements of the body in various positions. Some practioners claim it can relieve all sorts of issues. It is a thought out program of moving that you could probably duplicate just by taking time to think out how each joint moves and how to move the joints together in opposing and non-opposing combinations. There is nothing wrong with it if done carefully, but it is only applying biomechanics in a sequential program of moving the joints. A lot of people consider it to be kind of "new age" or "spiritual" exercise. Supporters claim it takes years to master and years to learn enough to be a proper teacher.
Are you trying to get opinions about Thomas Hanna's system? Or is it a general question? Similar techniques are used in a number of disciplines.
The asanas that are practiced in yoga provide a set of tools to move and stretch the body in any possible direction through basic postures and their variations. As far as the awareness that is an important aspect of the movement (which is why I say in yoga one must remove the earbuds and listen) In yoga the principle applicable practice is pratyahara. If you go to the Sutra's of Patanjali there you will find the basic aspects of the practice of yoga outlined over a thousand years ago. It is the most basic reading for the study of yoga. Dharana and dhyana refer to the action of the understanding, but pratyahara refers more to the integration of and the attention to the kinesthetic senses in conjunction to the asana, and the dharana and or course the pranayama.

I can't understand what is a point of your question. If you could describe what you really need, people would help you with your problem. I could only advise you to read academized review https://essayservicescanner.com/academized-review/ for some interesting information. I don't know what you want so I think that academized.com review would be useful for you. Agree or not but it's your own fault that you can't write correct question and people should think for a lot of time "What does this mean?". So, in the future, you should think carefully before writing something. Try this review at least.
