Hi Matt,
Kettlebell is a complex tool. I would suggest to seek the help of a certified kettlebell instructor in your are to teach you the correct form when performing kettlebell exercises. The swing is the basic movement you need to master before moving to any other exercises. After that the goblet squat, the snatch, the halo, the overhead press, the squat and overhead press, the Turkish get-up, bear crawls and many more can be added to your routine (and always be performed with the correct form). You can check at the Dragon Door website for RKC certified instructors in your area. Believe me when I say I have seen some horrific things happened to people using kettlebells the wrong way and/or with bad form. I hope this helps.

Hi Matt,
I agree with Harris about perhaps getting some professional instruction about kettlebells. Even the basic swing--which looks easy--must be done properly or it can be harmful if done the wrong way. It's a great tool to use, and has many benefits of strength and cardio, so learn as much as you can about them.
