Hi Susan,
The transfer process for IDEA Fitness Journal quizzes normally takes 2-3 business days. Please note that you can also manually add the credits to your ACE Portal. To do so, open up each certificate of completion and copy the CEC provider number. You can then add this information to your ACE portal directly.

And the CECs may appear on your ACE profile, but not be applied to your continuing education for renewal. I have had to call them a couple of times to get CECs through to the renewal tracker.
