You will need to create a profile for yourself, which is free. Then, there is an overview page for you to complete your basic information and tell a little about yourself (you can complete as much or as little as you'd like). That is where you fill in your certifications. Once they are verified (they are verified with ACE automatically after you enter the cert), they will appear on your profile.

The profile is really easy to fill out. But if you have issues, contact IDEA. The number is 800-999-4332. That number is on the bottom of every page of this website. And IDEA is awesome at customer service.

As others have suggested you will need to create a profile and then you can add your certifications there.
