Hello George Stamoulis,
Vegans are just as capable as meat eaters. Every diet must be balanced properly for optimal health.
Thank you,

I have been almost vegan (I don't make a big deal if there is egg or a small amount of animal products in cooked food at get togethers with friends and family. I just eat less of it than they do.) for over 30 years. I swam two miles (50 minutes, hard but not race pace) this morning riding 10 miles to get there and 10 back (just under an hour total ride time and I don't really train for cycling). I got up a little late, so I skipped eating to get home in time to be there for a delivery we were expecting. Then I did my Wednesday workout. I am semi retired almost 60. So I get to workout like the lunatic I am now. 3.5 hours of integrated cardio and weight training. A total of 40,000 lbs. lifted and just under an hour of cardio (most on an ergo trainer at 250 Kj and 10 minutes stepping up a 12 in. step). Then I cleaned the garage, took down the Christmas decorations, and had a nap. Well the nap was before the garage and the decorations. I am low BMI. I can bench twice my weight, but go with less to 12 to 15 reps. I am not trying to get big and never really did. But I eat pretty well. Though I can eat a Costco bag of fritos in a sitting. Hence I don't buy Costco bags of fritos, but I did enjoy a normal bag yesterday watching Ohio State beat Washington. I drink one glass of red wine almost every evening. I love red wine. I try to not exceed more than two glasses of wine. But if the wine is good and there are good friends and family with good conversation and I don't have to drive... The point is, if you are getting your necessary quality calories and are working out properly, being vegan is no different than eating like anyone else. Can someone bigger than me lift more in one rep? I hope so. Can they out work me? I doubt it.
If you can't control all variables except the one you are testing, you don't have a good, testable, hypothesis. Your friend's hypothesis is confounded because it's speculating on two different properties - BMI and dietary preference.
The first leaping assumption in your friend's argument is that BMI is related to physical capacity. Before making any type of assumption related to dietary practice, you'd want to establish a strong link between BMI and physical capacity, and I think you'd have a hard time doing that.
If and only if you could establish a link between BMI and physical capability, then you'd be able to control for BMI and test between vegans and non-vegans. Compare the physical capacity of vegans and non-vegans who have the SAME BMI.

I want to share a cool method for losing weight - love. Having sex for more than 30 minutes is more than an hour of running in the equivalent calorie comparison. But if there is no partner, you can hire him https://escortgoa.info;)
In fact, this is just nice and pleasant) There are a lot of offices that can be found in almost any city in the world https://escortcardiff.info.

No, I myself am a vegan and don't fele any disadvantage to meat eaters. A good example of this would be Lewis Hamilton who recently became vegan for health reasons and has remained 100% competitive driving formula 1 at world class level..
The only thing eating meat does is make certain nutrients such as essential amino acids more available to an athlete who eats meat than an athlete who is vegan. There are also associated increased health risks with eating meat so it goes both ways. Vegans have access to all the same amino acids and other nutrients as meat eaters, they simply need to eat a higher concentration of certain foods to match the daily minimal intake of nutrients. While it is more work in the long run, they do have the advantage of decreased health problems associated with eating meat but ONLY if they take in a sufficient required amount of macro nutrients each day.

Absolutely not! The bottom line is the quality of the food regardless of whether or not animal products are involved.
I'm a vegan and it's true about BMI being lower on vegans that meat/dairy eaters. And as far as energy goes, I have more energy since I became vegan than when I was eating meat and dairy. I agree with the others here.

You know, you have questioned so difficult questions, because a lot of scientists have different thoughts about it. I am a beginner medical student and when I have my euthanasia course I was looking for so much information. I have found this https://gradesfixer.com/free-essay-examples/euthanasia/ service, where I found so much about vegetarians. ou also can find and read free-essay-examples there, I guess you will learn a lot.
